New Student Information

Students enrolling at Pine Forest High School should have the following documents available:

  • A copy of current IEP or 504 if applicable.
  • The student being enrolled needs to be present.
  • Transcript of grades from last school with the grading scale.
  • Numerical withdrawal grades if enrolling after the school year has begun.
  • Copy of birth certificate and social security card.
  • Current physical (from in state or out of state)
  • Florida Certification of Immunization (DH Form 680):  This form must be signed by a Florida physician or clinic.
  • A physical and certification of immunization must be obtained within 30 days after enrolling in school.
  • Proof of Residence: FPL Bill, ECUA Bill, Lease agreement or a Rent Receipt with the parent’s name and address listed.

FOCUS: Focus Parent Portal is the district's portal for grades, assignments, GPA, graduation status, teacher contact and more.  On the PFHS home page, click on the big red dot titled FOCUS in the upper left corner, enter the username and your password to obtain access.

Parent-Teacher conferences: We encourage high school students to work with teachers for extra help or assistance and to communicate with teachers. Please use this valuable resource- your teachers are here for you!
